The personal information we process is provided to us directly by the person registering with Hydrogen Value Chain Technology in the capacity of event attendee or event sponsor, for one of the following reasons:
Contact information to help the Hydrogen Value Chain Technology team resolve any queries arising from the individual’s registration and/or desire to be an event sponsor.
Contact information to help the Hydrogen Value Chain Technology team facilitate the smooth running of events for all concerned.
We may share names, job titles and places of work through delegate lists to partners and sponsors of Hydrogen Value Chain Technology events.
We also give individuals the opportunity to sign up for updates about hydrogen technology, campaigns and events organised by Orange Juice Communications. This is optional and if declined will not prevent individuals from registering for Hydrogen Value Chain Technology or becoming a sponsor for the event. If individuals sign up for these updates, they will be alerted to upcoming hydrogen technology news, campaigns and events organised by Orange Juice Communications by the organisation’s events team. This is the same events team that manages Hydrogen Value Chain Technology.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep information relating to your registration and / or sponsorship, including contact information, for the length deemed fit to fulfill the above services. We will then dispose of your information by 1) destroying paper documents permanently and securely 2) permanently removing or deleting data from computers / electronic devices.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
